DESCRIPTION:\n															\n																\n															\n		Performers\n\nPhilippa Davies – flute\nMaggie Cole – harpsichord\n\n\nChamber concerts featuring the wonderful pianist and harpsichordist Maggie Cole have become a regular event at the CRAG tea concerts. This year she will be joined again by the renowned flautist Philippa Davies who has already given two wonderful concerts for CRAG. As a recitalist Philippa performs and broadcasts throughout the world at international festivals has performed concertos with the New Stockholm Chamber Orchestra, the BBC Symphony Orchestra, and the BBC National Orchestra of Wales, the English Chamber Orchestra, City of London Sinfonia and the London Mozart Players.\nPhilippa and Maggie will be exploring some beautiful flute and harpsichord repertoire, including works by Bach, Mozart and Ibert, amongst others.\n\nCRAG’s Sunday Tea Concerts are held in the Memorial Hall, Browns Lane, Charlbury at 3pm.\nThe music lasts approximately one hour and is always followed by complimentary tea and CRAG’s legendary homemade cake.\nTickets for this concert are £18 (£5 for under-15s).\n
