Popular CRAG artist Dorian Ford will be returning for his 4th CRAG concert with his jazz trio. Describing themselves as a ‘straight-ahead trio whose music is expansive and eclectic yet always subtle and intimate’, they have been making a significant contribution to the London jazz scene, regularly playing at Ronnie Scott’s, St James’ Studio, the Vortex, for JazzFM and many other venues. Their Bill Game tour, which looked at the music of Bill Evans (the pianist who was responsible for the incredible sound on Miles Davis’ Kind of Blue album), went the length of the country, from Shetland to Southampton. They have also made recent appearances in Hobart and Newcastle in Australia and Beppu, Kyoto, Osaka, Nagoya and Tokyo in Japan.
Their programme will feature music from the Ella Fitzgerald Songbook.
All proceeds go to refugee relief.

- Individual concert tickets for £18.00 (£5.00 for under-15s) will be available to purchase on this website from Tuesday, 1 September.
