CRAG Sunday Tea Concert: Viola and piano

• Marios Argiros – piano

A former member of the Brindisi and Balanescu string quartets, Katie Wilkinson now focuses on chamber music and a solos career. Marios Argiros is not only a prodigiously accomplished musician, having studied oboe, violin and piano at the Royal Academy of Music and pursued a career as a principal oboist, he is also a world acclaimed Iyengar yoga teacher.

They will be playing a programme of music for viola and piano by Schumann and Shostakovich.

CRAG’s Sunday Tea Concerts are held in the Memorial Hall, Browns Lane, Charlbury at 3pm.

The music lasts approximately one hour and is always followed by complimentary tea and CRAG’s legendary homemade cake.

Tickets for this concert are £18 (£5 for under-15s).
